You’ll provide direct nursing care, administer medications (including controlled substances), perform clinical procedures, and support emergency response efforts. Important:This is anall-male facilityinone buildingwithtwo floors—must be comfortable withfrequent stair climbing/descending. What You’ll Do Make rounds and assess patient needs; evaluate care provided Create/update care plans and provide patient health education Administer medications (including narcotics) and deliver direct nursing care Perform procedures such asIV therapy, wound care, oxygen therapy, dialysis support, blood transfusions, phlebotomy, etc. Organize/overseeCode Blueresponse; lead staff on shift when needed Maintain accurate charting and required documentation Manage controlled substance inventory and support supply/equipment ordering Coordinate outpatient appointments and support administrative/clerical tasks Requirements Active RN license (Ohio, if applicable) Healthcare-professional level CPR certification(BLS/CPR) Ability to work on-site and handle a physically active environment (stairs) Ability to meet compliance requirements and pass required screenings Benefits Benefits available to full-time employees after90 days 401(k) with company match available after1 year
