HR and Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **HR & Recruitment Specialist** to support our company's recruitment and human resources operations. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, coordinating interviews, supporting onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting with day-to-day HR activities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and remote environment. The successful candidate should be able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining a positive candidate and employee experience.
