At Brookside Commons, our mission is to provide exceptional healthcare services to our community, and we're seeking a talented Registered Dietitian to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Dietitian with Brookside Commons, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our patients by providing expert nutrition guidance and care.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients with various medical conditions, including diabetes, heart disease, and obesity
- Conduct nutrition assessments and counseling sessions with patients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement evidence-based nutrition therapy plans
- Develop and maintain accurate and complete patient records, including nutrition plans, assessments, and progress notes
- Stay current with the latest research and guidelines in nutrition and dietetics to ensure optimal patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and hospital processes

As a Registered Dietitian with Brookside Commons, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for providing expert nutrition guidance and care to patients with a variety of medical conditions, and will have the opportunity to make a real difference in their lives.
Requirements:
- Must be a registered dietitian with a degree from an accredited program in dietetics or a related field
- Must have a current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Must have a strong understanding of nutrition and dietetics principles and practices
- Must be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
