Independent Living Services (ILS) Instructor Position overview: We are seeking a reliable, patient, and attentive ILS Instructor to provide support for an individual with Mild Intellectual Disability. Responsibilities and Duties Provide independent living skills and support for individuals with mild intellectual disability. Assist with daily living, personal care, medication assistance, and safety protocols. Implement care plans and monitor progress. Maintain accurate records of interventions and outcomes. Qualifications Experience in a similar supportive services role preferred. Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
