Starting Pay Range: $25-$27 Attributes Required Work Ethic/Integrity must possess intrinsic drive to excel coupled with values in line with company philosophy Leadership ability to lead project teams to deadlines, while maintaining strong team orientation Relational ability to build relationships with business unit management and become "trusted advisor" Strategy and Planning ability to think ahead, plan and manage time efficiently Problem Solving ability to analyze causes and solve problems at both a strategic and functional level Team Oriented ability to work effectively and collaboratively with all team members Essential Job Functions Hire, train, manage, and schedules technicians to ensure adequate coverage for workflow within budgeted labor/Rx while keeping overtime low Develop training materials for departments and update as needed Evaluate and modify workflow processes and implement changes as necessary to meet deadlines, accuracy and efficiency targets. Ensure all medications are complete and accurate prior to scheduled departures with sufficient time for the medications to be prepared for courier delivery. Assign and manage work volume appropriate to each technician's duties, measuring both productivity and accuracy. Ensure Fulfillment technicians are fully trained on assigned workflow area and processes within established time period. Manage daily automation audits to ensure accurate packaging and filling of medications. In coordination with Director of Operations, develop/conduct regularly scheduled performance evaluations. Provide individual feedback for each team members and document performance improvement goals and objectives. Assist with quarter-end inventory prep and physical inventory. Work as needed on daily functions which may include, but is not limited to, filling, stocking, prepacking and working with automation to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries Lead by example in all areas of role and supporting the non-negotiable attributes; attitude, dependability, commitment, productivity, efficiency and upholding policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with other supervisors/functional areas to keep work flowing smoothly and efficiently. Comply with local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and policies pertaining to the dispensing of prescription medications. Other essential functions and duties may be assigned as needed Education and/or Certifications: High School Diploma or GED, required Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration (per state requirements); National Certification preferred (PTCB) Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of related experience (technical knowledge/skills may substitute for experience) Advanced proficiency in computer applications related to department operations and job function.
