Responsibilities Develop and execute brand identities (CI), including logo design and visual brand guidelines Strong typographic sensibility with a deep understanding of typography as a core brand asset Ensure consistent brand presence across fashion, e-commerce, social media, print, and physical assets Conceptualize and evolve brand look & feel as well as seasonal visual directions Oversight of design execution across all physical and digital touchpoints Lead and execute creative campaigns from ideation to post-production Art direct shoots, including mood boards, styling references, and on-set direction Collaborate closely with internal teams and external creatives (e.g. producers, photographers, stylists) Create visual concepts for events, fashion shows, and branded experiences Translate brand and campaign ideas into cohesive and immersive visual executions Build a strong understanding of brand DNA, positioning, and target audiences Contribute to defining long‑term creative strategies and visual direction Stay on top of trends in fashion, design, and culture and bring in fresh perspectives Qualifications Five or more years of experience in design and art direction, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or creative agencies Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, logo design, and campaign/art direction work Experience working across digital, print, and product applications Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Hands‑on experience with creative AI tools (e.g. image generation, editing, ideation) Strong visual taste and deep understanding of fashion aesthetics and trends Ability to think conceptually and execute with a high level of craft Strong communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have Experience working with social media platforms (especially Instagram and TikTok) and understanding of digital‑first storytelling Skills in video editing, motion design, or photography Experience working with or directing talent/influencers #J-18808-Ljbffr
