Domtar, Menominee Operations is seeking a talented individual to join our team and we will be accepting applications for a Maintenance Pipefitter . This will be an 8-hour day shift Monday through Friday. The Pipefitter will maintain all mill piping and valving in a safe and timely manner to ensure plant run ability. Additional responsibilities may include cutting, threading, welding and installation of pipe. Replacing and repairing valves. Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Candidates should have four (4) years of experience in a related field and three (3) to five (5) years in an industrial environment. A journeyman’s certification is preferred, but we will consider equivalent experience without certifications. Successful applicants need to be self-directed individuals and must possess excellent trouble shooting/problem solving skills as well as good written and oral skills.
