Duties Provide comprehensive legal advice on various practice areas, including estate planning and family law. Conduct in-depth legal research using LexisNexis to inform case strategies. Draft and review legal documents such as contracts and pleadings with clarity. Negotiate settlements and contractual agreements effectively. Assist in managing administrative functions by maintaining organized case files. Support litigation efforts by preparing case materials and coordinating discovery processes. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active licensure to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience in multiple practice areas, including estate planning and litigation. Strong research skills with proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw. Excellent writing skills for clear legal drafting and documentation. Ability to negotiate effectively under pressure. Prior experience in a legal administrative environment is desirable. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
