What You'll Need:

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (ORT)
• Previous experience assisting with orthopedic surgeries, with preference for total joint replacement cases
• Strong knowledge of operating room procedures and sterilization techniques

• Reliable and responsive when scheduled for or called into shifts

• Assist surgeons and nurses throughout orthopedic procedures, especially joint replacements
• Ensure a sterile field and manage all surgical instruments efficiently

• Accurately account for instruments, sponges, and supplies before and after procedures
