Dynamics 365 / Power Platform DeveloperPosition open with an established healthcare organization supporting hospitals and healthcare providers to design, develop, and integrate custom business applications. This is a hands-on role working with Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Dataverse, SQL Server, APIs, and cloud technologies to deliver solutions across enterprise systems. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative technical team and work on meaningful enterprise applications and integrations while remaining fully remote.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutionsWork with Dataverse, Power Automate, workflows, forms, views, plugins, and JavaScriptDesign and implement integrations between CRM, databases, APIs, and third-party systemsDevelop solutions using C#/.NET and SQL ServerTranslate business requirements into technical solutions and application designsTroubleshoot complex application, CRM, database, and integration issuesParticipate in code and solution reviews and maintain technical documentationCollaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teamsProvide guidance and mentorship to junior developersQualifications5+ years of experience in application development, CRM development, systems integration, or solutions engineeringHands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and/or Microsoft Power PlatformExperience with Dataverse and Power AutomateExperience developing APIs and system integrationsWorking knowledge of C#/.NET and SQL ServerExperience with Azure or other cloud platformsFamiliarity with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practicesStrong problem-solving and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience consideredPerceptive Recruiting, LLC, headquartered in Greenville, SC, has 27 years of technology recruitment experience.
