About The Job We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to join our team. As a Project Manager Assistant, you will provide support to project managers and contribute to the successful completion of various projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in project management and develop their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Proof jobs by checking for spelling and grammatical errors and checking for accuracy against client data. Assist project managers with preparing jobs for production. Check incoming proofs for color correctness and print quality. Act as liaison between project manager and production area and spearhead any corrections to proofs. Organize and file job folders. Find solutions to problems and resolve conflicts internally. Will be required to perform other duties and tasks as assigned during busy seasons. Which involves supporting different departments or areas of the company, as needed. Flexibility and adaptability are important to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Experience Associate degree preferred. Possess strong organizational and time management skills as well as attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and often fast-changing environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team. Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel). Excellent interpersonal communication skills (oral and written).
