Your Role as Lead Driver/Supervisor Responsibilities Driver Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of drivers, optimizing schedules and routes to ensure maximum profitability and top-tier customer experiences. Team Building & Coaching: Recruit, interview, train, and mentor drivers to build a high-performing team. Fleet Management: Oversee vehicle inspections, maintenance scheduling, and fleet condition, working closely with our Fleet Manager. Safety Champion: Conduct safety audits, lead station safety meetings, and promote safe work practices. Operational Excellence: Manage local permits, vehicle registrations, airport transportation relationships while ensuring paperwork and protocols are handled promptly. What To Expect Field Time: Depending on location, you may spend 50-75% of your shift in the field. Flexibility: Sundays and holidays are part of the schedule – our airline partners count on us every day. What We’re Looking For Strong leadership and organizational skills.
