Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with individualized physical therapy plans of care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID upon arrival to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Massachusetts
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Ability to fulfill a 15-week contract assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
• Strong communication and documentation skills
