Responsibilities:

• Prepare and hand-stretch pizza dough to order specifications
• Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings accurately and consistently
• Operate and monitor pizza ovens to ensure proper cooking temperatures and times
• Maintain a clean and organized prep station throughout the shift
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Assist with restocking ingredients and managing inventory levels
• Work efficiently during high-volume rushes to meet customer demand

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a pizzeria, restaurant, or food service environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen setting
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in food preparation
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
