Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Maryland
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred

• Ability to track progress, maintain documentation, and adjust treatments as needed
• Comfortable connecting with students, families, and staff to support positive outcomes

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of students' physical abilities and needs
• Design and implement customized physical therapy interventions within the educational framework
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate therapy into the classroom
• Assist in the development and review of IEPs
• Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting goals as appropriate
• Advocate for adaptive equipment, classroom modifications, and accessibility solutions
