Job Summary

Infinity Nett Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated, highly efficient, and hard-working Janitor/Custodian for a commercial facility located in the 38104 zip code (Memphis, TN). Operating Wednesday through Sunday from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM , this role is critical to maintaining the safety, sanitization, and premium visual standards of our client's property.

Our day-to-day facility operations utilize a structured, zone-based system where custodians work specific assigned areas. The perfect candidate must possess an outstanding work ethic, high physical stamina, and the ability to work fast . Because our cleaning areas are timed to meet client contract requirements, you must be capable of moving efficiently to complete your assigned sections within designated timeframes, while ensuring all work is executed strictly up to company cleanliness standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Area & Zone Execution: Efficiently clean and maintain assigned timed building zones, ensuring all tasks are completed within designated shift timeframes.

• Floor Care: Perform daily vacuuming of carpeted spaces, as well as detailed mopping and sweeping of hard surface floors.

• Sanitization: Deep-clean, sanitize, and restock client restrooms, breakrooms, and high-traffic areas daily.

• Waste Management: Empty interior trash/recycling bins and clear any loose debris from the immediate exterior property/entry areas.

• Facility Detailing: Dust furniture, wipe down high-touch fixtures, and clean windows or glass surfaces.

• Site Security: Secure the building by locking internal/external doors and arming security systems once cleaning is completely finished.

• Reporting: Track completed tasks and immediately notify the operations manager of any property maintenance hazards or supply shortages.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in professional janitorial, commercial cleaning, or custodial services.

• Proven capability to work at a fast, high-efficiency pace under structured time constraints.

• Strong attention to detail with an uncompromised commitment to meeting high cleanliness standards.

• Must have a reliable driver's license or independent transportation to ensure punctual arrival at the worksite in Memphis.

• Excellent physical stamina, including the ability to be on your feet for a 4-hour shift and comfortably lift at least 25 lbs.
