About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a talented Senior Test Design and Campaign Planning Consultant to join our growing Marketing Science Test Design & Planning team as part of Consumer Banking and Lending (CBL).This Senior Test Design and Campaign Planning Consultant role will be responsible for consulting on, developing, and implementing marketing testing strategies that drive growth and engagement, while continuously improving campaign test & learn agendas to drive performance and efficiency.Additional responsibilities of the role include forecasting financial returns, assessing key marketing levers for future optimization, and developing a learning agenda for continuous refinement of our marketing campaigns.Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:Partner with multiple stakeholders to size out and align on strategy for upcoming marketing campaignsEvaluate key marketing levers for future optimizationDevelop a learning agenda for the continuous refinement and optimization of marketing campaigns, utilizing statistical techniques and experimental designSupport the monthly forecasting process, estimating future performance based on historical dataEnsure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managedStrategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to senior leadershipRequired Qualifications:4+ years of data science experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationMaster's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, economics, or computer scienceDesired Qualifications:1+ years of previous marketing campaign analytics experience or marketing forecast experienceStrong analytical skills, with experience using data and insights to inform marketing decisionsExperience in statistical testing and forecastingStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesExperience with large production data setsProficiency in SQL, Python / R, and other programming languages, along with ExcelExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teamsJob Expectations:Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.This position offers a hybrid work schedule.This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.Posting Location(s): 401 S Tryon St. – Charlotte, North Carolina 282023075 Loyalty Cir. – Columbus, Ohio 43219Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
