Opportunity Details Brand-new Primary Care office for the organization with a targeted October 2026 grand opening! Full-spectrum primary care: Manage your own patient panel, providing diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care across all age groups. Modern, supportive facility: The new office will also feature on-site Urgent Care and X-Ray services. Collaborative team structure: The practice will be staffed with four provider two physicians and two APPs working together in a highly supportive environment. Balanced schedule: Enjoy 34 hours of direct patient care and 6 hours of protected administrative time, spread over 4 to 4.5 days per week. Flexibility: The office will operate Monday-Friday, with opportunities to build a schedule that supports work-life balance. Shared call: Participate in shared unrestricted call with family medicine physicians across the medical group, ensuring a manageable call burden.
