Job Description

The Welding Supervisor oversees the welding team to ensure high-quality fabrication and assembly in manufacturing projects. This role combines hands-on welding expertise with leadership responsibilities to maintain welding standards and support team development using flux core and MIG welding techniques.

Responsibilities

Supervise welding team activities and workflow
Ensure welding quality control and compliance with standards
Coordinate training programs to enhance welding skills
Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
Perform manual welding tasks as needed
Oversee fabrication and assembly processes

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of welding supervision experience
Proficient in welding techniques and blueprint reading
Strong team leadership and communication skills
