Join the Flywheel Centers team as an Occupational Therapist (OT). Actively lead the process of evaluating individual patient needs to design customized treatment strategies that maximize their capacity to carry out everyday tasks. As an OT, you will collaborate with clients, their families, and the Flywheel team to guide, empower, and create meaningful changes for the children we serve! This an excellent role for someone looking for a few extra hours a week as supplemental income. It does have the potential to grow into a full time role.

Responsibilities include evaluating a patient`s needs, medical history, and ability; developing tailored treatment plans to help patients meet their goals; following patient progress and modifying treatment plan as needed; suggesting tools to help patients engage in activities safely; training patients on how to use customized equipment and perform daily tasks; collaborating with families and professionals to ensure treatment plans are effective and client centered; maintaining accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions; attending meetings and providing reports as needed.

Prerequisites include a Master of Occupational Therapy (Required), State License (Required), ability to work independently and as part of a team, and experience working with children on the autistic spectrum.
