Key Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily labor allocation, lead team meetings, and assign job duties with precision and empathy
- Track performance metrics, verify standard operating procedures, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide constructive feedback, coach team members on safety protocols, and facilitate professional growth
- Oversee work area cleanliness, equipment readiness, and proactively address potential safety concerns
- Provide backup support for area managers and maintain comprehensive understanding of workflow dynamics
