• Skilled in providing age-appropriate education regarding care management interventions and illness adjustment issues Required

• Master's of Nursing Required
• Master's of Physician Assistant Required

Field of Study:

• Nursing or Physician Assistant

Work Experience:

• 1+ year of related work experience Required

Licenses and Certifications:

• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Required
• Physician Assistant License from an accredited program Required
• Basic Life Support CPR Cert (BLS) Required
