Landscape Crew Member - $20-25.00/Hour- Depending on Experience

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking dependable and hardworking candidates for Landscape Crew Member openings in Forest Lake, MN . This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy outdoor work, physical activity, and contributing to high-quality lawn and landscape maintenance.

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $20-25 hour / DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM + some weekends

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Location: Forest Lake, MN

Key Responsibilities

Landscape Support - Assist with mulching, planting, weeding, and seasonal clean-ups, and block work.
Equipment Operation - Safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other lawn care equipment.
Tree & Shrub Care - Support pruning, debris removal, and general tree/shrub maintenance.
Customer Service - Represent the crew professionally while working on customer properties.

Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work in various weather conditions
Clean driving record / valid Drivers License required
Must have 1 to 2 years' experience required
Comfortable working outdoors for full shifts
Reliable transportation to Oak Grove job site
Strong teamwork and communication skills
