King Auto Center is looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to lead our growing Parts Department in beautiful Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii .

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily Parts Department operations.
• Manage automotive inventory control to maximize profitability and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of OEM and aftermarket automotive parts .
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Train, mentor, and develop Parts Department team members.
• Improve inventory control, purchasing, and departmental efficiency.
• Monitor department performance, gross profit, and obsolescence.
• Work closely with the Service Department to maximize technician productivity.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both retail and wholesale parts customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting using dealership management systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Parts Manager, Dealership Parts Manager, Parts Director, or Parts Counter Manager preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Extensive knowledge of OEM automotive parts and accessories.
• Experience with CDK , Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar dealership management software is highly preferred.
• Strong inventory management and purchasing experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Experience with one or more automotive manufacturers is highly desirable, including Ford, Toyota, Honda, Chevrolet, Nissan, Subaru, Kia, Hyundai, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, General Motors (GM), or other major OEM brands.
