About the Role:

The Housekeeper plays an essential role in creating a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all members and guests. This position is responsible for thoroughly cleaning assigned areas in an efficient manner while following established standards, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Duties include a variety of routine cleaning tasks such as floor care, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and removing trash. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions are important for success in this role. By maintaining a safe, hygienic, and pleasant clubhouse atmosphere, the Housekeeper helps ensure a positive experience and upholds the high standards of the Club.

Job Summary:

• Knowledgeable about maintaining, cleaning, and preserving a wide variety of surfaces.
• Follows instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies.
• Knowledge of and ability to perform required role in emergency situations.

Responsibilities, Essential Duties & Expectations:

• Knowledge of how to maintain, clean and preserve a wide variety of building and furniture, fixtures, and equipment surfaces.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and polishing surfaces.
• Follow detailed oral and written instructions to complete daily cleaning schedules and special requests.
• Follows instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies; use as directed.
• Knowledge of and ability to perform required role in emergency situations.

Education and/or Experience:

• High School education or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
