Full-Time Residential ManagerLocation: Mt. Holly, NJ (On-site; occasional travel to Willingboro, NJ)P.I.L.O.T. If you are committed to high-quality care, strong team leadership, and fostering engaging environments, we encourage you to apply.Position SummaryThe Residential Manager oversees the daily operations of group homes and provides direct supervision to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). This role ensures compliance with organizational standards, supports staff development, and promotes a safe, structured, and enriching environment for residents.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support DSP staff, including scheduling, performance oversight, and shift coverage as neededCollaborate with Lead DSPs to develop and implement social and community-based activitiesParticipate in the development and ongoing updates of Individual Service Plans (ISPs)Maintain a safe and compliant residential environment by coordinating facility needs with the Facilities departmentReview and approve staff time entries in the payroll systemOversee staff onboarding, including scheduling acclimation and completing evaluation checklistsAttend and support house meetings to ensure effective communication and program consistencyDevelop monthly menus aligned with individual dietary needs and preferencesEnsure proper housekeeping standards are maintained within the homeConduct weekly reviews of Medication Administration Records (MAR) for accuracy and complianceReview and complete Unusual Incident Reports as requiredOversee grocery shopping and ensure alignment with residents’ preferences and needsSupport individuals in managing Personal Needs Allowance (PNA) funds and maintain proper documentationReview medical documentation to ensure all healthcare needs are addressedEnsure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation in THERAP, including progress notes, attendance, and communication logsMaintain and update individual records, including during annual ISP reviewsPerform additional duties as assigned by the Associate Director of Residential ServicesQualificationsExperience supervising staff in a residential or human services setting preferredStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsCommitment to supporting individuals with disabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and maintain compliance with policies and proceduresCompensationStarting salary: $53,000 annuallyCompensation may be adjusted based on relevant supervisory experience and nonprofit background.Minimum Qualifications:Applicants must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.Applicants must have a minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.Applicants must have at least two (2) years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (not exceeding 5 points) is required. Probationary licenses are not accepted.Applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED.Successful candidates must be able to pass all required background checks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
