Heavy Civil Superintendent

We're seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Superintendent to lead field operations on excavation, utility, and site development projects throughout Southern New Hampshire. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing crews, subcontractors, equipment, and daily project execution while ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations on heavy civil, earthwork, utility, grading, and paving projects
• Manage field crews, subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
• Read and interpret civil plans, specifications, and utility profiles
• Coordinate site activities while maintaining production, quality, and safety standards
• Conduct field inspections, daily reporting, and safety meetings
• Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients to keep projects on track

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of heavy civil, excavation, or site development experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
• Strong knowledge of earthwork, underground utilities, grading, paving, and site development
• Ability to read civil blueprints and manage multiple crews and subcontractors
• Experience with Procore, HCSS, GPS grade control, or similar construction technology is a plus
• OSHA 30, CDL, and other heavy civil certifications are highly desirable
