This full-time role presents a fantastic chance for a board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to become part of a diverse multidisciplinary team. Applicants must hold a valid California medical license or be willing to apply upon receiving an offer. This position is productivity-based and will involve working alongside two other orthopedic surgeons. Participation in on-call duties is optional.

We offer a competitive compensation package with an income guarantee:

• Salary Range: $663,266 - $745,185
• This range represents the base salary for full-time clinicians (1.0 FTE) and does not include additional incentives or benefits. The base salary may be adjusted based on factors such as training, experience, community needs, and other relevant criteria.
• Residents who commit to hire for a maximum of 12 months will receive a residency stipend of $1,000 per month.
• Eligibility for shareholder status after two years of employment.
