About the Role:
Join CRC TRANSPORT LLC as a Diesel Mechanic for Commercial Trucks & Trailers in Bear, DE! We are looking for skilled professionals to maintain and repair our fleet, ensuring safety and efficiency on the road. Be part of a dynamic team that values expertise and dedication.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, trucks, and trailers.
Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment and tools.
Inspect and test vehicle systems for safety and performance.
Replace or repair components such as brakes, transmissions, and electrical systems.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
Collaborate with team members to improve shop efficiency and safety.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while on the job.
Stay updated on the latest diesel technology and repair techniques.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a diesel mechanic with commercial vehicles.
Valid CDL license preferred; ASE certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines and related systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and diagnostics.
