Overview Registered Nurse – Home Health (Travel) Location: Tucson, AZ Start date: 09/07/2026 Duration: 14 weeks Weekly pay: $2,141-$2,154 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Shift: 8-hour shifts Setting: Home health nursing in patients’ residences; travel within the local area Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,141-$2,154 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Contract duration: 14 weeks Shift: 8-hour days Start date: 09/07/2026 Setting: Home health care in patients’ residences Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients in their residences, including assessment and plan of care development. Assess patients in stable and emergent situations; implement, document, and evaluate the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care. Obtain data on physical, psychosocial, and environmental factors and incorporate those into the Plan of Care; maintain up-to-date patient records and ensure documentation reflects changes. Educate patients and families regarding care, medications, diet, home safety, and self-care; use appropriate teaching methods and promote self-care practices. Supervise and provide clinical directions to Home Health Aide/LVN/STNA staff to ensure consistent, high‑quality service. Assess and manage pain, educate patients and families on pain management, and coordinate referrals to appropriate services as needed. Participate in on-call responsibilities and serve as a liaison to patients, families, and the health care team; attend interdisciplinary team meetings when appropriate. Requirements Current Arizona RN license; CPR certification required Valid Arizona driver’s license with reliable transportation and current auto insurance Education: ADN or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred Experience: 1-2 years RN clinical care experience; 2+ years home health experience required Knowledge/Skills: OASIS experience and Homecare Homebase software experience required CHPN certification preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours (40 per week) Travel and assignment support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated assignment support throughout the engagement Find more opportunities Please note Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
