Job Overview We are seeking a Entry level Customer Experience Representative to serve as the main point of contact for customers. In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every customer receives a positive and professional experience across email, chat, and phone channels. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people.
