The Role: As a Back of House Team Member, you are the foundation everything else is built on. The quality, consistency, and safety of every single meal that leaves our kitchen is a direct reflection of your work. Guests may not see your face, but they feel your effort in every bite. That matters, and we know it.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards -- every single time;
• Be knowledgeable of all kitchen station assignments, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep;
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and ensure all stations are properly supplied throughout the shift;
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times -- a kitchen you would be proud to have anyone walk into at any moment;
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A and maintain a growth mindset in all areas of your role;
• Work safely around all kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership promptly;
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and staying current on any operational changes;
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned with attention to detail and thoroughness;
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A uniform and dress code standards at all times; and
• Other duties as assigned.
