Junior and Standard Paint Production Foreman

Job Description

Job Description

Junior Paint Production Foreman:

At South Town Painting, the Junior Production Foreman role is the first true step into leadership. This role is for someone who has painting experience, wants more responsibility, and is ready to learn how to lead people the right way. A Junior Foreman is not expected to be perfect. But they are expected to be coachable, accountable, organized, and willing to take ownership of the work in front of them. This is where strong painters begin learning how to become leaders. You will help support small crews, communicate issues early, maintain jobsite organization, and begin building the skills needed to become a full Production Foreman.

Career Path: Junior Production Foreman -> Production Foreman -> Elite Production Foreman -> Project Superintendent

Who We Are Looking For: Painters with 3-5 years' experience. Painters ready to take their first step into leadership • People who can communicate clearly and ask questions early • Reliable, coachable, and accountable team members • Problem solvers who focus on solutions instead of excuses • People who can support a small crew and grow into more responsibility

Standard Paint Production Foreman:

At South Town Painting, the Standard Paint Production Foreman role is where leadership becomes real. This is not just a title. It is the role responsible for turning plans into progress on the jobsite. A Production Foreman leads crews, drives production, protects quality, communicates with the Superintendent, and sets the daily standard for effort, attitude, and accountability. This role is for someone who can do more than paint well. It is for someone who can lead people, organize work, solve problems, and keep the job moving without constant supervision.

What We Are Really Looking For: Someone who can lead a crew without babysitting them. • Someone who protects production without sacrificing quality. • Someone who corrects problems early instead of letting them grow. • Someone who represents South Town Painting with professionalism and ownership.

What We Offer • $21.75-$28.00/hr base pay • 3% Simple IRA match • $10,000 life insurance policy • Short-term disability • 10 days accrued vacation • 3 paid holidays • Profit bonus based on job performance, adjusted to level of responsibility • Training bonus: $0-$200/month based on effort, development, and engagement
