• Provide directions and assist attendees with navigating conference and event locations.
• Answer attendee questions and provide excellent customer service throughout the event.
• Support event coordinators and conference staff as needed.
• Maintain an organized and professional front desk and registration area.

• Previous experience in  receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, customer service, hospitality, event staffing, or office support roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to search records and accurately verify attendee information.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to remain organized in a busy event environment.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
