The Position

In the context of the development of our network of stores in the South of France, we are currently looking for new talents to take responsibility for our points of sale.

At Irripiscine, you pilot your store like a true profit center: you ensure the growth and profitability of your store while embodying the values of Irripiscine.

Your missions:

-> Animate and develop your team

• Manage, guide, and grow the employees of your store.
• Organize daily activity and ensure optimal operation of the point of sale.
• Fuse the team around the objectives and values of the brand.

-> Develop commercial performance

• Pilot turnover, margin, and performance indicators.
• Implement commercial operations and local development actions.
• Ensure an impeccable reception and advisory quality.

-> Ensure operational store management

• Supervise supplies and stock management.
• Ensure the good condition of the store and the availability of products.
• Optimize costs and resources to ensure the profitability of the point of sale.

-> Guarantee customer satisfaction

• Accompany customers in their pool, spa, and irrigation projects.
• Develop loyalty and recommendation.
• Handle complex situations with professionalism and responsiveness.

-> Ensure compliance with procedures

• Ensure the application of internal procedures, safety rules, and brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with current regulations.

Profile Sought

Your profile:

Education You have a degree in commerce, management, or equivalent (Bac+2 minimum). Your background and experience will be studied with the same attention as your diploma.

Experience You have successful experience in piloting a profit center or in a similar position, ideally acquired in the specialized commerce sectors, pool, DIY, garden, housing, or distribution.

Experience in the pool universe is an asset, but not indispensable: we will guide you in the discovery of our products and our market.

Driving license B is essential.
