Position Responsibilities
* Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including mobility and personal care
* Monitor and document vital signs and client condition
* Provide support for clients with dementia or special needs
* Prepare nutritious meals and maintain a clean, safe home environment
* Encourage engagement and companionship through meaningful activities

Qualifications
* Active CNA certification (required)
* Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
* Experience with dementia care is a plus
* Ability to assist with lifting and mobility support
* Strong communication skills and dependable work ethic
