Construction Project Manager - Lead

Lead the end-to-end delivery of new Neko Health clinics, from due diligence through handover. Build and manage a high-performing network of contractors, consultants, and vendors. Manage project schedules, budgets, quality, and risk. Conduct site visits and oversee contractor performance. Ensure projects meet design, safety, and operational standards. Assess potential sites for technical and regulatory suitability. Manage consultants and support technical due diligence. Identify risks relating to permitting, leasing, budgets, and timelines. Lead contractor and vendor tender processes. Partner with Real Estate, Design, Operations, and Clinical teams to deliver projects successfully. Manage project documentation, reporting, and handover. Requirements Experience in construction project management ideally within , retail, hospitality, or commercial fit-outs. Strong knowledge of US construction, permitting, and building regulations. Experience managing contractors, consultants, and multiple stakeholders. Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience with project management software.
