About our Agency: I opened my agency in 2020 and lead a close-knit team of five, built on strong values, community involvement, and a true family-first mindset. As a second-generation State Farm agent, I grew up around this business and bring years of industry experience into how I lead and support my team. I attended Washington State University and am a proud parent of four very active kids, so I understand firsthand the importance of balance, flexibility, and showing up for what matters most.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensación: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
