Procurement Coordinator 2 Location: Overland Park, KS, US Job Grade: 013 Job Description As the Procurement Coordinator you will have the opportunity to support the project team with procurement post-award activities and more complex projects on multiple assignments. Key Responsibilities Administer invoicing approval process: receive invoices, ensure contract compliance, coordinate with project personnel, route to approval, track payments, and report to project management. Use the Enterprise Procurement System to track invoices and enter purchase order agreements and revisions. Administer contract and contract revision approval processes, preparing agreements for execution, ensuring commercial document conformance, and coordinating technical documents with Engineering. Lead contract and project closeout, including final payments, resolution of claims, and insurance coverage as required. Maintain tracking logs for contracts, revisions, invoices, closeout, etc. File documents following corporate and project filing rules. May provide training to others in procurement administration under supervisor oversight. Perform as an individual contributor with no subordinates. Preferred Qualifications BA or BS in Purchasing, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (degree preferred, experience may substitute). Proficiency in attention to detail. Strong written and oral communication skills. Computer skills: databases and MS Office. Basic contract comprehension. Proficient data entry. Basic mathematics. Organizational skills. Basic problem solving. Basic project process management. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience. Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding, including background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search. Work Environment Hybrid or flexible work options may be available after the first 90 days based on manager discretion, performance, and job assignments.
