Bartender

Our bartenders also serve, so the ability to handle a busy six table section by properly executing all timing, service detail, table maintenance, and sales practices and standards is expected. You must have a good foundation of food, wine and spirit knowledge in order to represent our passionate selections and offerings for guests. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following our house recipes Interact with guests, create a rapport with regulars, provide recommendations, operate as a team player Handle payments accurately Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to health and safety regulations Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age Upsell additional products when appropriate Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service Requirements/Responsibilities Previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach Understanding of responsible alcohol service practices Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Experience in the food industry or food handling Sales skills for promoting specials and upselling #J-18808-Ljbffr ZippyApp - Recruitment Marketing
