Clinical Role
RecruitWell is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a full-time locums opportunity in York, Pennsylvania. This hospital-based role offers a broad and complex case mix within a Level I Trauma environment. CRNAs work in a medically directed model alongside anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialty clinicians.

Assignment Details

• Start date: January 4, 2027

• Contract length: Through end of current approval

• Full-time coverage only

• 4-5 shifts per week

• 10-hour shifts

• No overtime

• Shift times vary by daily assignment:

  • 6:15 AM - 4:45 PM

  • 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM

  • 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Monday-Friday schedule

Clinical Details & Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural settings

• Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialty clinicians

• Manage patients across the perioperative continuum

• Provide anesthesia for adult and pediatric populations

• Perform epidurals independently as permitted

• CRNAs do not perform nerve blocks

Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

• Board Certification required

• Active Pennsylvania license or eligible compact license accepted

• ACLS required

• PALS required

• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred

Credentialing

• Approximately 90 days

• Expedited credentialing may be available with leadership approval

• Temporary privileges may be available with a clean credentialing file
