Position: Patient Care Coordinator for Optometry office Location will be at one of the following offices: Hyde Park, IL; Wicker Park, IL; University Village, IL; South Loop, IL; Edgewater, IL Pay: $18 hourly Hours: M-F, 8:30-6pm About us! We are seeking an energetic candidate capable of multi-tasking and providing excellent customer service to all of our patients. Roles and Responsibilities: Answering the phones Scheduling and confirming appointments Locating and authorizing and verifying insurance benefits Maintain patient communications via phone, text, email, fax, etc. Qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate Benefits of working with us!
