As a new Facilities Technician at Tree Top, you can expect a structured and engaging workday from Monday to Friday, with hours set from 7 am to 4 pm. Your daily responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment, ensuring everything operates smoothly and efficiently. You will conduct regular inspections of facilities, identifying potential safety hazards and areas for improvement.

Collaborating closely with team members, you’ll support project initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. Record keeping and reporting on maintenance activities will be essential, helping to drive accountability. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings where you'll discuss ongoing projects and safety protocols, fostering an environment of open communication and teamwork.

Expect to be hands-on, proactive, and engaged in maintaining a safe and productive workplace.

To succeed as a Facilities Technician at Tree Top, a strong foundation of mechanical aptitude is essential, allowing you to troubleshoot and repair various equipment effectively. Pay Information

Salary Range: $24.52 to $34.32/hr.

Target Range: $24.52 to $26.00/hr.

This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location. Tree Top provides a bi-weekly payroll. This position is eligible for yearly incentive based on company performance.
