Salary: $28-45/hour based on experience
The ideal candidate is willing to learn, is motivated, seeks continuous growth, and is passionate about providing a quality product.
3+ years of experience is required for this role. 5-7+ years experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- General framing knowledge
- Installing windows and doors, including proper flashing on exteriors
- Installing LP and vinyl siding
- Building stair systems
- Variety of Remodeling Tasks
- Is willing to work at heights
- Ability to lay out walls, floor systems, and trusses per plans
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Leadership experience or seeking leadership opportunities such as a lead carpenter or foreman
