Front of House Manager

Empire Burgers & Brew is looking for a hands-on Front of House Manager to lead service at our Lombard restaurant. We want someone who enjoys being on the floor, develops a strong team, and knows how to deliver a great guest experience while keeping a busy restaurant running efficiently.

Location: Lombard, Illinois Pay: $55,000 - $65,000 Benefits: Health benefits, 401k

What you'll do

  • Lead front of house shifts and set the pace for service
  • Hire, train, schedule, and coach servers, bartenders, and hosts
  • Maintain standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and daily operations
  • Resolve guest concerns and follow through on feedback
  • Manage staffing and labor while supporting sales
  • Work closely with the kitchen to keep service running smoothly

What we're looking for

  • Management experience in a full service restaurant or high volume bar and grill
  • Strong floor leadership and the ability to coach in the moment
  • Confidence handling guest issues, staffing challenges, and busy shifts
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation: Salary ($55,000.00 - $65,000.00)
