Certified Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Certified Payroll Administrator to join our Accounting team in Dublin. This position offers the opportunity to develop specialized expertise supporting public works construction projects, while working alongside our experienced Labor Compliance team. You'll prepare certified payroll submissions, coordinate with subcontractors, and help ensure projects remain compliant with contract requirements. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, priority management, and the ability to learn new systems and software programs efficiently. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicates professionally, takes ownership of their work, and is committed to producing accurate, high-quality results. No direct experience is required for this position. Whilecertified payroll or labor compliance experience is a plus, we place greater value on aptitude, initiative, and a willingness to learn. We are open to considering both full-time and part-time candidates for this position. Scheduling and hours can be discussed based on the candidate’s availability. Responsibilities Certified Payroll Administration Prepare and submit certified payroll reports through project-specific compliance software, including DIR, LCPtracker, and Elations Track and resolve missing certified payroll reports and supporting documentation to help ensure project compliance. Monitor subcontractor certified payroll submission status and identify outstanding compliance items that may impact payment processing. Team Support Work closely with the Labor Compliance team to ensure timely and accurate certified payroll submissions Assist with additional accounting and compliance projects as assigned Communication Communicate professionally with subcontractors, project teams, and internal departments regarding certified payroll requirements. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. 1–3 years of professional office experience in accounting, administration, project coordination, or a related role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate with internal and external personnel of all levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe, Outlook and Windows.
