Job Description
The Club Host plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all club members and guests. Working as part of a small host team, the Club Host ensures smooth guest reception, manages membership interactions, handles reservations, and resolves complaints efficiently. This position involves close collaboration with club management and primarily supports social gatherings, corporate events, and a variety of other event types without requiring travel.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome club members and guests promptly and courteously
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience
- Manage memberships and update records as needed
- Handle reservations and coordinate event logistics
- Resolve guest complaints professionally to maintain satisfaction
- Assist with event setup and preparation for diverse club functions
- Collaborate regularly with club management and report directly
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in hospitality or event hosting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Effective interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Sales knowledge and time management skills
