Medical Surgical Registered Nurse

Provide high-quality patient care in a Medical Surgical setting, ensuring optimal health outcomes. Deliver direct nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with healthcare teams to support recovery and wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments consistent with healthcare protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to interventions.
• Educate patients and families about post-discharge care and health management.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in a Medical Surgical unit or similar setting.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
