Master Production Scheduler

To help us drive excellence, as our Master Production Scheduler you’ll get to: Have a unique view of the entire operation. You won’t simply maintain a schedule—you will help determine what we run, when we run it, and how we respond when the plan changes. Be the center of the operation, solving complex manufacturing challenges, and seeing the direct impact of your decisions on plant performance and customer success. Develop and maintain the master production schedule based on customer requirements, inventory levels, capacity, and operational priorities. Coordinate with Production, Materials, Logistics, Quality, Tool & Die, Maintenance, and Customers to address constraints and to keep production moving. Communicate scheduling priorities and changes clearly across all levels of the organization. Use data and manufacturing systems to identify opportunities to improve schedule attainment, inventory performance, capacity utilization, and on-time delivery. This full-time role is a part of our Bluffton Ohio Materials team and reports to the Materials Manager. What we are looking for: Five Years’ experience in production planning, materials, or scheduling. Strong understanding of production capacity, inventory management, customer requirements, and manufacturing constraints. Strong Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize multiple competing demands in a deadline-driven environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to remain organized when priorities change. Automotive manufacturing experience is preferred.
