Wisner Care Center in Wisner, NE is seeking a PRN Nurse to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to provide top-quality care to our residents while also enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Sign-on bonus up to $2,500
Job Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient observations, progress, and treatments in medical records
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuing education opportunities
- Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska
- Previous experience working in a long-term care setting preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to providing high-quality care
